Rolex presents the new generation of its Oyster Perpetual watches and brings new versions of the Oyster Perpetual 28 and 31 displaying dials in vivid colours. The light reflections on the case sides highlight the elegant profile of the Oyster case, which is made from Oystersteel. This Oyster Perpetual 277200 is presented in a 31 mm highly corrosion resistant oystersteel case, fitted with a domed bezel. This Oyster Perpetual 31 features aa turquoise blue "Celebration" motif dial and hands and hour markers in 18 ct yellow gold. The new generation of the Oyster Perpetual model has a Chromalight display: the hands and hour markers are coated or filled with a luminescent material that emits a long-lasting blue glow in dark conditions. Like other Oyster Perpetual models, it comes with a comfortable and elegant steel Oyster bracelet with flat three-piece links, fitted with an Oysterclasp and Easylink 5mm comfort extension link. This ingenious system allows the wearer to increase the bracelet length by approximately 5 mm, providing additional comfort in any circumstance. This new version of the Oyster Perpetual 31 is equipped with calibre 2232, a movement at the forefront of watchmaking technology, launched by Rolex this year, with approximately 55 hours of power reserve. Like all Rolex watches, this Oyster Perpetual 31 carries the Superlative Chronometer certification, which ensures excellent performance on the wrist. The Superlative Chronometer status is symbolized by the green seal that comes with every Rolex watch and is coupled with an international five-year guarantee. This Oyster Perpetual 31 is water resistant down to 100 meters.
