Master Luxury Limited Warranty
Master Luxury is committed to your long-term satisfaction. We offer a limited service warranty under the following terms and conditions:
Warranty Coverage
- For eligible watches serviced or sold by Master Luxury, we provide a limited service warranty from the date of documented delivery or owner retrieval.
- If any issue arises during this period due to workmanship or internal components supplied by our approved watchmakers — we will repair or replace the affected part at no charge, subject to evaluation.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage or defects on parts not serviced or replaced by Master Luxury.
- Normal wear-and-tear: Scratches, strap/bracelet wear, finish wear, minor cosmetic blemishes.
- Damage due to shock, impact, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Water damage, unless the watch’s water-resistance rating is explicitly maintained and verified by our team.
- Damage to glass/crystal, external finish, straps (leather, rubber, fabric), bracelets, or other consumable external components.
- Issues arising from unauthorized repair, polishing, modification, or opening by any third-party (other than Master Luxury).
- Basic servicing (e.g., battery change in quartz watches) — unless expressly covered in writing.
- Vintage or “as-is” pre-owned watches — warranty may be void or limited, due to difficulty in sourcing original parts.
Warranty Validity Conditions
- Warranty is valid only if the watch was originally sold or serviced by Master Luxury, and the owner has not allowed any third-party servicing, opening, or modifications (except strap/bracelet changes).
- You must retain all original packaging, documentation, papers, box, and invoice — these may be required when submitting a warranty claim.
- Warranty claims must be submitted through our Service Request Form (linked on this page). Please provide order number, photos of the issue, and detailed description of defect or malfunction.
Turnaround Time & Process
- Once a valid warranty claim is submitted and accepted, we will schedule inspection and repair. Typical turnaround time is approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on brand, parts availability, and complexity of service required.
- If parts are not available (especially for vintage or rare watches), we will inform you promptly. In some cases, we may offer equivalent replacement parts or a partial refund depending on agreement.
Limitation of Warranty & Liability
- Except for this limited warranty, Master Luxury makes no other warranties, express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Master Luxury is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (loss of value, loss of use, loss of profits, etc.), even if notified in advance.
- Total liability in all cases is limited to the original purchase price paid for the product.
