Orders are shipped from the country where the specific product is physically located at the time of purchase. Products located in the United States ship from the U.S., products located in Hong Kong ship from Hong Kong, products located in Japan ship from Japan, and products located in Thailand ship from Thailand.
The shipping origin for each order is determined by product availability and is reflected during checkout and order confirmation. Regardless of shipping origin, all transactions, customer service, billing, and post-sale support are handled directly by Master Luxury LLC.
