At Master Luxury LLC, every timepiece undergoes a professional authentication and condition-grading process prior to sale. As we specialize in new, unworn, and pre-owned luxury watches, minor signs of wear may be present and are fully disclosed on each product page.

Return Window

We offer a 3-day return window starting from the date the order is delivered.

Return requests must be submitted within this period. Requests made after 3 days cannot be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the watch must:

  • Be in the same condition as delivered
  • Show no additional wear, scratches, dents, resizing, or mechanical alteration after delivery
  • Include all original items received (box, papers, links, tags, certificates, and accessories)

Normal wear that was clearly disclosed in the product listing is not considered a defect.

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The watch shows new damage or wear after delivery
  • The watch has been opened, serviced, or altered by a third party
  • Serial numbers or seals have been removed or modified
  • The item was marked as final sale, clearance, consignment, or special order

Condition Accuracy Guarantee

If a watch is materially different from how it was represented on the Website, Master Luxury LLC will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only if the item received is defective or materially different from its online description, subject to availability and price adjustment.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for insured return shipping unless the item was defective or misrepresented
  • We recommend fully insured carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS
  • If a return shipment is lost in transit, an insurance claim must be completed before any refund can be processed

Special Orders & Rare Pieces

Special-order items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee and may be refunded as store credit, where applicable.

International Orders

International returns are accepted.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable and handled through local customs authorities.

Authenticity Guarantee

All watches sold by Master Luxury LLC are 100% authentic.
If an authorized luxury watch authenticator verifies an item as non-authentic, we will:

  • Issue a full refund
  • Cover return shipping costs
