The Rolex Cosmograph Daytona Ref. 126528LN — known as the "Le Mans" — is a 40mm automatic chronograph in 18k yellow gold, and one of the most historically significant Daytona references ever produced. Three details define the Le Mans visually and technically. First, the tachymeter bezel carries a red "100" marker in place of the standard "60" — a discreet but unmistakable tribute to the race's centenary, legible to any informed collector at a glance. Second, the black dial carries three white snailed subdials in the Paul Newman-inspired layout, with hash marks and a reverse-panda colour scheme that references vintage Cosmograph dials from the 1960s. At 9 o'clock, the standard 12-hour totalizer is replaced by a 24-hour subdial — purpose-built to measure an entire Le Mans race. Third, the exhibition sapphire caseback — shared only with the platinum Daytona 126506 among all Daytona references — opens a window to the movement beneath, a first for any yellow or Everose gold Daytona.

Caliber 4132 — exclusive to the Le Mans editions and developed directly from Caliber 4131 — delivers 72 hours of power reserve with the Chronergy escapement, column wheel, and vertical clutch. The yellow gold monobloc Cerachrom bezel is trimmed in yellow gold and carries the tachymeter scale with that defining red "100" marker.
